One person manually checked federal filing sites once or twice per day, spending 2 to 3.5 hours researching each lead. The problem

What was capping the business.

A labor relations advisory firm closing six-figure union election engagements ($25,000 to $75,000 per client) was bottlenecked on prospecting. One person manually checked federal regulatory filing sites once or twice per day, spending 2 to 3.5 hours researching each lead: company background, decision-maker contacts, the right outreach angle. Most leads went stale before they were ever touched. The firm's competitive advantage, early access to regulatory filing data and deep industry expertise, was wasted because research could not keep pace with opportunity.

AI Enrichment Engine

For every above-threshold lead, the AI identifies the company, maps the parent and HQ structure, and discovers decision-makers (CEO, general counsel, director of HR) with verified email and phone contact information. It generates a personalized outreach angle based on the filing details and the company's specific situation.

Call Pack Delivery

Within 5 to 10 minutes of a filing going live, the complete call pack lands in Slack: company intelligence briefing, verified contacts with phone numbers, role-based email drafts, and a recommended outreach angle. Each pack includes an AI research assistant the team can query to discuss the data and extract additional insights. The closer walks into every call fully prepared.

Lifecycle Automation

The system runs triggers across the full client lifecycle: 14-day follow-ups if no response, day-after election result monitoring for new outreach opportunities, 11-month decertification windows, and contract expirations. Stale and returning leads surface automatically.
